Arrivals:
Give us your flight info: Airline, Flight number and time of arrival.
We track your flight so we know if you are running late or early .
You call when you arrive BEFORE you go for your luggage.

Then we have a vehicle waiting for you!

Departures:
1) Call in advance and book your pick up.

2) You can book your return with the driver.

Vehicles:
We use ONLY vans and minivans.
The minivan is set up to carry 4 passengers and your luggage.
The Van is set to carry 8 passengers and your luggage.

Residential:
Local Residents The Best Place to Park Your Car is ..... AT HOME!

We do door to door service.
No stops direct to airport or direct home.
You should book in advance for best service.

Price set up:
We use flat rates.

Our base prices are set for a minivan load of 1-4 passengers.
Van prices depend on how many people over 4.

We don’t charge extra for anything   we pay the tolls and NO extra luggage charges.

We have direct service prices for residents or groups.
We also have Shuttle rates for Downtown Buffalo or Niagara Falls.

Need a quick lift from the Buffalo-Niagara Airport? All you need to do is locate one of the Airport Information kiosks located on the lower level in the bagage claim area (like the one pictured on the left). From there you can contact a shuttle driver directly and we'll be there shortly to pick you up!
